Rosemann’s Architectural Team Member Brion Ozim and Director of Business Development Cindi McAdams join a diverse family of volunteers monthly at Youth Villages to support, encourage, and empower underserved individuals and families in the Atlanta area. Brion and Cindi especially enjoy the organization’s Birthday Heroes monthly program which brings hope and care to children in the community.
Fun-filled birthday parties let the kids know that people care and helps them to be happy and worry-free from big obstacles they may face in their lives. The event is more than just a party, it means someone wants to spend time with them. Volunteers bring birthday cards, play games and activities, sing happy birthday and eat cupcakes and ice cream!
