Amy Vance, CPSM

Amy Vance is an accomplished business development professional with nearly ten years of experience penetrating accounts, capturing market share, and driving market growth. Amy’s primary role is to enhance Rosemann’s brand recognition and presence, driving new business while maintaining exceptional client service in Colorado and the West (WA, ID, MT, WY, UT, AZ, NV, and NM). With demonstrated capabilities in marketing and communication strategy and execution, Amy collaborates with Rosemann’s Kansas City, St. Louis, and Atlanta teams to further build Rosemann’s resume in architectural planning and design for housing: student life, multifamily, affordable, senior living, and historic preservation and adaptive use.

Amy graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Art in English and significant pre-medicine coursework. She has a strong aptitude for technical writing and discourse.

Fun Fact

During several of my adolescent summers, I attended circus camp learning to be an aerialist specialized in hoop. I also jumped through a ring of fire and rode a unicycle.
