Brian brings more than a decade of architectural experience spanning senior living, affordable housing, hospitality, healthcare, office, and mixed-use projects. He has collaborated with clients, consultants, and project teams across every phase of design—from early planning and construction documentation through construction administration and project closeout.

Prior to joining Rosemann, Brian served as an Assistant Project Manager at a design firm, where he focused on senior living communities and affordable housing developments. His experience also includes hospitality design and healthcare architecture, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of complex project types and multidisciplinary coordination.

Brian is recognized for his strong technical abilities, production-focused approach, and expertise in Revit and digital visualization. He also brings extensive experience in building code research, construction documentation, and developing design solutions that enhance the built environment.

He earned both his Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Clemson University.
