Jody Beasley’s tenure as Director of Business Development began with our Denver team in September 2024. He brings a proven track record of success in the architectural and construction industries. His career spans over two decades, during which he has held key positions in business development and client services. His keen strength lies in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Jody has held key leadership roles in prominent firms, most recently serving as Regional Business Development Leader at an architectural firm, where he successfully drove business initiatives across the Rocky Mountain region, significantly expanding the firm’s market presence in Denver and beyond.

As Vice President of Client Services at a construction firm in Washington D.C., Jody focused on cultivating long-term client relationships and securing major contracts, while leading a team that enhanced client engagement.

Jody holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. His academic background, combined with his extensive professional experience, equips him with a unique perspective on business development in the architecture and construction industries and further solidifies his reputation for improving client retention and driving business growth.
