Megan Vancardo Joins Rosemann as Our 2026 St. Louis Summer Intern. Currently pursuing her Master of Architecture at the University of Kansas, Megan brings a dynamic mix of creativity, curiosity, and hands on experience to Rosemann.

- Passion for sustainability
With a minor in Environmental Sciences and a Permaculture Design Certificate, Megan is committed to designing spaces that support both people and the planet.
- Hands-on design-build experience
Through the Hufft Studio Design Build program with the University of Kansas, she worked directly with teams to bring concepts to life—exploring materials, construction methods, and smart, cost-effective solutions along the way.
- Real-world construction insight
Visits to active construction sites give Megan a firsthand appreciation for the process of bringing projects to life.
- Strong technical foundation
As a Material Tester Intern with SCI Engineering in St. Louis, Megan conducted lab testing that supports safe, durable infrastructure—strengthening her understanding for the science behind great design.
- Leadership + collaboration skills
Megan also served as a Lead Sales Associate at Old Navy, where she trained team members and created engaging customer experiences. Her ability to communicate, adapt, and collaborate makes her a strong addition to any team.
