Susan Bowen

Known in the architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) industry as a trusted advisor and client advocate, Susan provides personal attention from strategy through project completion. She is an accessible point of contact and supports client goals based out of the St. Louis office.  Bringing more than a decade of experience working directly with architecture, engineering, and construction firms, she has an in-depth understanding of how each contributes to the success of a project.

Passionate about assisting clients with projects that inspire communities, Susan is committed to maintaining the quality relationships and professionalism that have set Rosemann apart within the St. Louis market and nationwide. 

Susan is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia, a founding board member of Women’s Affordable Housing Network-Missouri, a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Fun Fact

I used to barrel race, co-own a private party & rodeo ranch, and save bottle-calves from a dairy cattle sale barn in Southern Missouri.
