For more than 38 years, Jarrett has helped shape communities through innovative housing solutions. Since opening Rosemann’s St. Louis Design Studio in 1999, he has led the development, preservation, and revitalization of affordable housing communities across the region. His expertise in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), HUD programs, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and sustainable design has helped clients transform complex challenges into valuable community assets.
A passionate advocate for affordable housing and neighborhood revitalization, Jarrett continues to create opportunities for residents while preserving the character and history of the communities he serves. As a member of the MOWHA Board of Directors and the American Institute of Architects, he remains committed to advancing innovative, sustainable, and attainable housing solutions.
