EverTrue Crossroads at Bevo Mill
St. Louis, MO
Located at 4900 Gravois, across the street from the historic and icononic Bevo Mill Windmill, Evertrue Crossroads is the first project in the area to follow the design and development goals of the Bevo Great Streets Plan. This plan establishes a holistic vision for revitalizing a 1.5-mile stretch of Gravois Boulevard, encouraging walkability, community resources, and quality development.

The ±66,200 gross-square-foot V-shaped, four-story building delivers 64 apartment units for adults aged 62 and older, including 52 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom layouts. Importantly, 55 of these residences are reserved as affordable housing, with the remaining offered at market rate—creating a welcoming environment for a range of income levels.

A generous ±3,750-gross-square-foot corner commercial space is also integrated into the building, housing a local small business and serving as a community resource center, bringing valuable services and amenities directly into the neighborhood.

Residents enjoy a full suite of amenities supporting active and healthy lifestyles:
- Community room with kitchen
- Fitness center
- Activity/club room
- Community gardens
- Office space
- 66 surface parking spaces
- 15 bike rack spaces

Crossroads Senior Living at Bevo Mill was backed by an accomplished project team, including:
