Apartments have unique characteristics such as kitchens featuring European-styled cabinetry, expansive window lines with great views, original hardwood flooring, modern track lighting systems and new Whirlpool appliances.
This renovation is a prime example of a successful design-build project. This project team was able to reduce the original construction cost estimate by working together to tighten the final scope of work and carefully evaluating subcontractor bids.
