Rosemann & Associates, along with 4 Sight Construction and owner Brinshore Development, LLC collaborated on the renovation of this 30 unit multi-family property located in Kansas City’s Historic Northeast neighborhood.
Pendleton Flats is a gut rehab renovation of an aging multi-family that has been enhanced with a new exterior design of three buildings, gated parking, fenced site, secured entry, and is utilizing the Enterprise Green Communities program. New systems and interior finishes are part of the preservation strategy.
Funding was provided by the Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) and HUD’s Choice Neighborhood programs.
