Timber View Apartments

The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma proudly announces the opening of Timber View Apartments, a development aimed at addressing affordable housing for Choctaw Casino employees, CNO Associates, and Choctaw Tribal Members. The first phase includes a 3-story, 36-unit building spanning ±30,310 square feet, with units designed for those earning 60% or less of the area’s median income. Tribal members and Choctaw Nation employees receive priority access.

Timber View Apartments combine modern interiors with the natural beauty of Oklahoma, offering a welcoming environment for residents. Amenities include a clubhouse, dog park, and playground, fostering community engagement and wellness.

Dave Hendrikse, Vice President of Rosemann & Associates, expressed appreciation for the collaboration with the Choctaw Nation, highlighting the shared commitment to enhancing local quality of life. Key contributors to the project include Integrity Construction, Consolidated Housing Solutions, Pearson Kent McKinley Raaf Engineers, Landworks Studio, and Barker & Associates.
