Ryan joined the St. Louis studio in June of 2013 and has devoted considerable focus on some of Rosemann’s most challenging historic preservation work. He has also succeeded in the construction business, gaining valuable project management, and estimating skills. In this capacity, he effectively merges constructability solutions with design issues to bring deeper value to his project work. With previous experience in senior housing and healthcare, he also spearheads many of Rosemann’s senior living projects.
As Ryan continues with his project management career, his ability to bring common sense constructability solutions to design issues is a distinguishing characteristic of his work.
While earning his Master of Architecture from the University of Kansas, Ryan was active in the Theta Chi Fraternity. He continued his leadership activities through involvement with AIA’s Young Architects Forum.
One thing you might not know about me is that I love to clean and organize… though you can’t tell that by the looks of my work desk.
