Serving as the Director of Business Development, Jason is a driving force in our strategic growth and client retention efforts. His vision, national impact, diverse expertise, and client-centric philosophy have been instrumental in shaping Rosemann’s journey of excellence.

Jason brings more than 20 years’ experience with measurable results in business development, sales, project management, commercial negotiations and marketing. He is a powerful resource to our clients and to the communities we serve. Jason is a graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.

Architectural Team Member A. J. Dolph Celebrates 10-Year Work Anniversary

Kansas City, MO: Today, we are happy to highlight the 10-year work anniversary of AJ Dolph. A proud graduate of both the University of Kansas and the University of Missouri, AJ has been an important part of our team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a passion for design.

Over the past decade, AJ has supported the technical research and documentation of projects, working closely with project teams to ensure precision. AJ’s expertise extends across diverse architectural sectors, including multifamily residential, senior licensed care, and historical renovation.

AJ is proficient in various design tools, enabling him to provide unique and coordinated solutions for every project. His ability to integrate cutting-edge technology with creative design solutions helps elevate the quality of our projects. Beyond his technical prowess, AJ actively engages with project teams, leveraging his diverse design experiences to enhance the overall creative process. AJ’s commitment to teamwork has fostered a positive and collaborative work environment.

Five Years Strong: Brad Rohman’s Work Anniversary

Bradley Rohman Celebrates 5-Year Work Anniversary

St. Louis, MO: Today, we recognize Bradley Rohman on his 5-year work anniversary! Brad is an integral part of our architectural team, where his project assignments range from historic renovation and high-end multifamily to student and senior living housing.

Brad completed his Masters of Architecture degree at Tulane University. Soon after graduating, he gained invaluable project management experience in every aspect of the design process, including surveying existing space, completing construction documents, applying for and obtaining permits by completing code comments and coordinating requirements with local jurisdictions and fulfilling contractor RFI’s.

A few notable projects from Brad’s recent assignments include: Edison Avenue Lofts, Granite City, IL, Parker Square, Kansas City, MO and The Mallory, Raleigh, NC.   

Vice President/Studio Director Jarrett Cooper said, “Let’s mark this special occasion as we honor Brad on his 5th work anniversary milestone. Congratulations Gabe Vogl on 20th Work Anniversary!

Kansas City Studio Director Gabe Vogl, NCARB, RA, Celebrating 20-Year Anniversary

Kansas City: We are thrilled to commemorate Gabe Vogl’s two-decade milestone with Rosemann. His journey with us began on July 19, 2004, marking the beginning of a remarkable career that started in the Kansas City office after he graduated from Kansas State University. Gabe achieved licensure as an architect in Missouri in 2009. He is also licensed in Kansas, Texas, Ohio and Indiana.

Gabe has utilized his knowledge and experience in a variety of roles in the design and construction industry from the actual design process to monitoring the construction activities. He is equally comfortable with renovations of existing buildings as he is with new facilities. Specific project type experience for Gabe includes market rate and affordable multi-family facilities, senior living facilities, conversions of historic buildings, and assisted living/memory care.

President and CEO Donald Rosemann commented, “Gabe, please accept my sincere gratitude and appreciation for your two decades of service and for being a TEAM member.  Our firm is much more valuable with your participation, leadership and direction. Rosemann Welcomes Cora Riscoe

Cora Riscoe Joins Rosemann’s Architectural Team, Kansas City, MO

Kansas City, MO: Please welcome Cora Riscoe to our Kansas City team! Cora joined us in June after earning her Master of Architecture, along with a Health and Wellness Certificate and a Historic Preservation Certificate, from the University of Kansas. Cora’s talent and dedication are evident through her receipt of several prestigious scholarships, including the University of Kansas Merit Scholarship and the AIA St. Louis Scholarship. She has also been actively involved with the University of Kansas Architecture Mentorship Program and the American Institute of Architecture Students, St. Louis.

During her time at KU, Cora gained valuable experience interning at a St. Louis-based firm focusing on healthcare, and she developed a strong interest in healthcare-oriented projects. However, her true passion lies in historic preservation and adaptive reuse.

Valuable Experience

Cora brings several years of experience to us, excelling in Revit, programmatic analysis, documentation standards, client meetings, and construction administration. Working towards licensure, she embraces all aspects of the design process. Her substantial real-world experience from internships at reputable firms has given her a solid foundation in architectural practices and project management. Cora has contributed to various projects, including design development, drafting, and client presentations.

She continues to expand her expertise through diverse projects and collaboration with seasoned architects. Her deep understanding of sustainable design and innovative building solutions aligns perfectly with our firm’s values and mission.

For Fun

In her free time, Cora likes to play piano, walk her two Australian Shepherds, and try new recipes.

Celebrating Kate Holbrook’s Architectural Licensure

Kansas City, MO: We are happy to announce that Kate Holbrook, RA, has completed her Architectural Registration Exams (ARE) and is now a licensed architect in Missouri. Kate holds a Master of Architecture degree from Kansas State University.

Kate joined Rosemann & Associates in August 2020 after studying abroad in Denmark. She previously interned at architectural firms in Kansas City and her hometown of Raton, New Mexico, working on diverse projects such as residential developments, fire station additions, lodging facilities, and storefront restorations.

At Rosemann, Kate works on many architectural design projects of varying sizes and complexities and meets with clients to understand their needs, including budget and structural elements, and uses this information to create plans and specifications for the project.

“We commend Kate for achieving this milestone and acknowledge her hard work and commitment. Her accomplishment is an inspiration to us all,” said President and CEO Don Rosemann.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys hiking, theater, and furniture design, having crafted several impressive pieces herself.
