Fun Fact
I am a big theater nerd. Having more than 10 years of experience, I’ve done almost everything from acting to stage managing. My ultimate goal would be to design both the theater and the sets for the shows that happen there.

Due to being an “Army Brat” as a child, I have lived in 11 different states. My resulting love of travel (as well as live music) has found me seeing concerts in 22 different states over the years.
My grandpa was a jack of all trades and someone who introduced me to building and design at a young age. He also introduced me to The Bridge Builder. Anytime I am struggling for motivation or inspiration reading this poem always seems to help.
The Bridge Builder by Will Allen Dromgoole
“Old man,” said a fellow pilgrim, near,
“You are wasting strength with building here;
Your journey will end with the ending day;
You never again will pass this way;
You’ve crossed the chasm, deep and wide-
Why build you this bridge at the evening tide?”
The builder lifted his old gray head:
“Good friend, in the path I have come,” he said,
“There followeth after me today,
A youth, whose feet must pass this way.
This chasm, that has been naught to me,
To that fair-haired youth may a pitfall be.
He, too, must cross in the twilight dim;
Good friend, I am building this bridge for him.”
