Spencer Reed joined Rosemann’s architectural staff in February 2021 where he is based in St. Louis. He comes to us with several years of hands-on accomplishments working for a local architectural design firm where he honed his creativity, design and teamwork skills. He is graduate of the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas with a Master of Architecture degree.
EXPERIENCE
Spencer offers architectural design experience in all phases of built projects including multifamily housing, higher education facilities, historic renovation, restaurants and even roller coasters and zoos. He enthusiastically collaborates with consultants and clients to create designs that exceed master planning solutions. In addition to his expertise in design, he is also proficient in 3D Studio Max, Bluebeam, Enscape, Cinema 4D, Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, V-Ray and several other programs.
Spencer has served as Chapter President/PR Chair of American Institute of Architecture Students, Lawrence, Kansas.
I once accidentally won an award for breaking a typing speed record at school, clocking in at 106 words per minute!
Kent Hoynacki, CDT joined Rosemann in 2016. He has over 30 years of experience ranging from design to construction administration. He has worked on a wide variety of projects from big box stores, education, student housing, recreation facilities and affordable housing. In 2011 he had the privilege to work with the St. Louis Art Museum on the expansion project, he was responsible for the virtual coordination of the architectural and mechanical systems prior to their installation.
A native St. Louisan, one of Kent’s proudest achievements in architecture is the historic renovation of a seminary building which dates back to 1845 on Southeast Missouri State University River Campus. The seminary chapel was transformed into a recital hall that seats 205. The historic stained glass windows were preserved and provide a beautiful setting for this space.
Kent is a graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
Katie’s role at Rosemann in St. Louis is to work closely with the project team and support the technical research and documentation of senior, multi-family, student, historic renovation, and commercial projects. Katie’s education and experience in interiors provides a unique perspective to her role on each project team.

Drew Jablonski brings over 8 years of professional experience to Rosemann. Previously a project designer for a large architectural firm in St. Louis, Drew has coordinated the design of multifamily housing, senior living communities, corporate headquarters, and campus renovations.
At Rosemann, Drew is responsible for producing complex technical drawings, compiling data for calculations, researching product solutions and ensuring plans are compliant. Drew is proficient in Revit, BIM Management, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Studio. He has considerable knowledge of modern building design and construction methods and the preparation of specifications.
A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Drew attended the University of Kansas, where he graduated with a Master of Architecture Design. He is currently pursuing architectural licensing in the State of Missouri. In his free time, Drew volunteers as co-chair for the Youth in Need’s Young Professionals Group and enjoys playing sports, especially lacrosse.
Fun Fact
The great outdoors and the hockey rink are my “happy place.” When I’m not watching or playing hockey, I am constantly seeking fellowship with the wilderness; be it hiking, backpacking, snow skiing, fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, or off-roading, I love interacting with nature.
Tony DiMartino joined Rosemann & Associates, PC in 2017, bringing over ten years of experience with him. Tony grew up in Kansas City, Missouri and after graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University he began his career in architecture.
Tony utilizes all the experience he has obtained to provide clients with a superior product. He has high level knowledge in Revit and applies it to the planning and design of projects.
He has worked on numerous job sites performing construction administration tasks and coordinating the working Revit model with the built environment. His participation is constant throughout the project, particularly in the construction documents and construction administration phases.
Tony has been actively using Revit on projects for over 10 years and is a leading educator for the office in BIM.
Sarah Burdiek is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Master of Architecture degree. She originally joined Rosemann’s Kansas City office in 2012-2013 as her first career out of college. In late 2013, she relocated to Rosemann’s St. Louis office and is now back in the Kansas City area again working at our Kansas City office.
Sarah brings to Rosemann extensive architectural skills and knowledge in the secotrs of senior living, commercial, hospitality and religious projects.
I was on two competitive cheerleading squads in high school, and my school’s team won the Colorado state cheer tournament 2 years in a row.
