Anne Murigi

Anne Murigi, Architectural Team Rosemann Atlanta

Anne Murigi joined our architectural team in Atlanta, Georgia in October. She is a graduate of Kennesaw State University.

Anne gained experience in industrial and multi-family design while employed as an assistant project manager and BIM captain at a previous firm where she completed a variety of projects including CMU and hollow core plank construction in Naples, Florida, along with typical wood construction, townhomes, and wrap projects in Charleston, South Carolina. Anne has completed projects from schematic design to construction administration, while also mentoring junior staff and providing solutions to software queries.

At Rosemann, Anne drafts elevations, floor plans, and general building codes and works closely with clients and stakeholders of a project to make sure that the design meets their requirements. She liaises with project managers to prepare budgets and ensure timely completion of projects. She also maintains up-to-date knowledge of construction and architectural procedures and employs this information in planning, coordination, and design.

Anne is skilled in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Bluebeam and Revit.

I love traveling, but hate flying.

Fred Moreno

Fred Morena joined our Denver team in July 2022. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Arizona, Tuscon. Currently, he is completing a Masters in Real Estate Development.

Fred brings over two-years of professional work experience where he most recently held a position of Junior Job Captain at a design firm in St. Petersburg, Florida. In this role, he managed client coordination with outside consultants, performed CA punch list site visits and worked on many projects including a multifamily with 400,000 square feet and up to 400 units.

Prior to this, he held the position of site intern at a construction firm where he documented RFI’s, submittals and OAC meeting minutes on site using Procore and Bluebeam.

Fred has comprehensive experience in planning, detailing, design, and coordination of projects from PD to CA. He is a REVIT based production drafter and trainer for multifamily and senior living. Additional technical skills include AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 5,6, & 7, Model Building, Construction Drawings, Bluebeam, DaVinchi Resolve, Garageband, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe PhotoShop, EnScape, and Procure.

I am Fred the 4th of all first born boys.

Joe Martucci

Joe Martucci joined the Rosemann’s Denver office in June 2022 as a member of our architectural team. He holds a Masters in Architecture from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, KS.

Joe brings several years’ experience as an architectural intern working at various firms in Illinois, Iowa and Colorado, where he developed his passion for design and focus in healthcare.

Under the direction of the studio director and project managers, Joe works with highly collaborative multi-discipline design teams to apply knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems. Joe produces conceptual plans, renderings, and documents and plans and programs layout of projects. He also utilizes computer-assisted design software and equipment such as Revit, AutoCAD and Enscape to prepare project designs and plans.

My high school travel basketball team was ranked nationally!

Jack Young

Jack Young joined Rosemann’s Kansas City office in the summer of 2022. He is a graduate of The University of Kansas with a Master of Architecture. During his time at KU, he studied abroad in London and Paris. In his last year, he participated in the design-build graduate program, helping to design and build a sustainable, single-family home in Lawrence, KS.

While participating in the design-build graduate program at The University of Kansas, Jack learned invaluable skills and lessons in building design and practicality including seeing the entire building process, from design work to concrete flatwork and finish carpentry.

At Rosemann, Jack helps with maintaining project files and conducting research on construction sites such as zoning laws and regulations. Jack collaborates with other designers and communicates with people inside and outside the company. He sees each project through all stages, while maintaining the client relationship. He is skilled at creating 3D models of designs in computer modeling programs such as AutoCAD or SketchUp and he is at ease with Revit, as well as Photoshop, Bluebeam, and InDesign.

Fun Fact

After being unrecruited in high school, I decided to try out for the track team at KU. I went on to run division one track and cross country for four years, earning all-big 12 honors twice.

Emily Herzog

Emily Herzog joined our Kansas City team in the spring of 2022. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a degree in Architectural Studies. She spent a little over a year designing high-end single-family homes before she moved to Chicago, IL to work in healthcare solutions and survey hospitals around the Country.

Emily gained architectural experience in all phases of residential design before stepping away from the traditional architecture field to work in healthcare management solutions for over 5 years. During this time, she surveyed hospitals and worked with clients on updating architectural and fire safety drawings, as well as updating databases for hospital management use.

At Rosemann, Emily works with management to produce detailed design materials, including renderings and models that allows the clients to evaluate and approve the design. She also prepares documents with full construction details that enables the project to be built, attends client meetings to establish requirements and discuss detailed design proposals, and attends site visits.

Fun Fact

My dog is three years old and we have lived in three different states together. 

Ashley Hicks

Rosemann is excited to welcome our newest staff member Ashley Hicks who joined our St. Louis architectural team in April 2022. She is originally from the St Louis area. Ashley holds a master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas.

Prior to Rosemann, Ashley had several years of experience working on large scale projects for hotels and resorts. She also brings a wealth of experience designing student housing, multifamily projects, and historical restoration. She is currently working towards her architect licensure for the state of Missouri.

Fun Fact

My “Under the Tuscan Sun” experience was shoveling dirt and mixing and pouring concrete. I spent part of a summer living in medieval castle in Italy, while renovating a medieval barn, restored a terra cotta roof and built dry stone masonry walls. It was definitely an experience of a lifetime.  

Joe Lordi

Hailing from Youngstown Ohio, Joe joined Rosemann’s Midtown Atlanta office in April 2022. He graduated from Kent State University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in architecture. A native of Northeast Ohio, Joe spent his senior year at Kent State’s Florence Italy campus, where he returned after graduation to complete an internship at a boutique design studio.

Joe has practiced architecture in Pittsburgh (PA) and eventually Atlanta, for a cumulative five years before bringing his passion and experience to Rosemann. His background is in commercial, where he is comfortable working on both new and existing construction. Another specialty is contextual renovation, including multiple-floor redesigns of offices, medical facilities, malls, and civic buildings.

Joe brings a strong work ethic, pragmatism, and international perspective cultivated through years of study, travel, and work, as well as a strong grasp of historical design. Above all, he is a reliable resource who meets deadlines and adapts quickly to new environments and software.  

Fun Fact

When not designing buildings, Joe uses his free time to pursue the arts – whether enjoying the masterworks of Atlanta’s High Museum of Art or making the art himself. Joe uses pastel, charcoal, and oil paint to make portraits, figure drawings, and cityscapes – many of which he gives away to family and friends as gifts.  

Brion Ozim

Brion Ozim joined Rosemann’s architectural team in Atlanta in March 2022. After completing a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia, Brion moved to Atlanta, GA in the summer of 1993, where he completed a graduate degree at Georgia Institute of Technology.

Brion brings over 23 years of experience in the architectural arena and a solid background in facilitating the development of the design and production of construction documents, as well as coordinating the needs of clients, management, technical staff and outside consultants. He has assisted in client relations, permitting and building code management, material specifications, and maintaining quality control.

At Rosemann, Brion answers RFIs and works on blue prints and various construction administration duties, he also makes monthly field visits and writes observation reports. He consults with engineers and contractors to determine the best construction methods and design options and what permits to obtain. Brion uses his extensive hands on skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Proliance and other software programs to create building plans and exceptional detailed products.

Fun Fact

“I spent 6 ½ years in the Atlanta Film & Television Industry as an Office Production Assistant and Production Secretary on various projects including the Disney Film “The Odd Life of Timothy Green”, Season 2 & 3 of AMC’s “The Walking Dead”, “Dumb & Dumber Too” and CW’s “The Originals” a Vampire Diaries spin off.”
