Architectural Team

Kelsey Fleenor, NCARB, AIA

Kelsey Fleenor, NCARB, AIA joined our Denver team in August 2024. Kelsey’s passion for problem-solving and commitment to sustainable design make her a valuable addition.

Kelsey has worked at the Center for Building Energy Research (CBER) where she helped to improve energy efficiency through innovative design and technology. She also played a key role in establishing a sustainability committee at her previous firm, underscoring her dedication to green practices.

Beyond her professional achievements, Kelsey actively contributes to her community, serving on the Membership Committee for Denver’s Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) and the Communications Committee for NAIOP.

With nearly a decade of experience, Kelsey’s diverse portfolio includes commercial, industrial, multi-family, historic, and municipal architecture, with a particular focus on senior and religious living design. Her expertise in managing projects from concept to completion ensures functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that enhance residents’ quality of life.

We are thrilled to have Kelsey on board and are thankful for her innovative solutions and positive impact that she make to our projects and community.

Fun Fact

Kelsey’s dream is to complete the Continental Divide Trail, a 31,000-mile hike from Mexico to Canada!

Cora Riscoe, Assoc. AIA

Cora Riscoe joined our Kansas City team in June 2024 following her graduation from the University of Kansas with a Master of Architecture, Health & Wellness Certificate, and Historic Preservation Certificate. She is a recipient of several scholarships including the University of Kansas Merit Scholarship and the AIA St. Louis Scholarship and she is currently pursuing architectural licensure.

Cora offers several years of experience creating architectural models in Revit, analyzing programmatic relationships, developing documentation standards, participating in client meetings, and conducting construction administration. She enjoys gaining experience in all aspects of the design process.

At Rosemann Cora continues to expand her expertise working on diverse projects and collaborating with architects.

Cora’s blend of academic excellence and practical experience promises a bright future for our projects.

Zachary Mette

Zachary Mette joined our team as a Project Architect on June 10, 2024! With his solid background and diverse skill set, Zachary brings a wealth of experience and fresh perspectives to our projects.  Zachary is a licensed architect in Missouri, a credential he earned in March 2024. This certification underscores his professional competence and commitment to excellence in architecture.

Zachary earned his master’s degree in architecture from Drury University, where he was an active member of the academic community and served as the Vice President of the Collegiate Entrepreneurship Organization. His academic achievements and extracurricular involvement reflect his dedication and leadership qualities.

An active participant in several professional organizations, Zachary was part of the 2022-2023 cohort of the Christopher Kelly Leadership Development Program. He has held leadership roles in the Young Architect Forum St. Louis, serving as Chair in 2022 and Vice Chair in 2021, and is a current steering committee member.

He has effectively managed numerous projects from inception to completion, involving complex design work and detailed project oversight. Zachary brings a robust skill set to our team, including proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office.

Fun Fact

Zachary has served as the Head Dive Coach for the Pacific, Missouri Swim Teach where he enjoyed mentoring and developing young talent.

Ryan Culy, RA, NCARB

Rosemann welcomed Ryan Culy, RA, NCARB to our architectural team in Denver in March 2024. He brings abundant experience in groundbreaking design and exemplifies dedication, creativity, innovation, and a commitment to achieving results. He earned his Master of Architecture degree from Clemson University in South Carolina.

With more than 12 years of experience in architecture, Ryan has consistently demonstrated a dedication to pushing design boundaries and achieving outstanding outcomes. His extensive portfolio reflects his proficiency in a wide array of projects, notably excelling in healthcare design. Ryan’s involvement in laboratory and higher education facilities projects highlights his versatility and comprehensive understanding of the field.

Ryan not only engages with clients to grasp their vision and requirements but also works tirelessly alongside Rosemann’s team to ensure that designs are seamless with their surrounding environment. Ryan’s dedication to staying at the forefront of architectural trends is evident leveraging advanced software tools such as Revit to execute designs with precision and finesse.

I am originally from Indianapolis before moving to Denver in 2016.

Shane Kim

Shane Kim, Associate AIA, LEED, Green Associate joined Rosemann’s Kansas City architectural team in March 2024. As a LEED, Green Associate and graduate of the University of Kansas with a master’s in architecture, he is a welcome addition to Rosemann. Shane understands the intricate balance between sustainable design, interior architecture, and design psychology. This unique blend of skills allows him to approach each project with a fresh perspective, ensuring that our designs not only meet but exceed our clients; expectations. Shane enjoys creating detail drawings, renderings and models using architectural software, participating in client meetings, coordinating with engineers, contractors and other professional to ensure the successful execution of designs.

I was on the men’s rowing team at KU.

Eric Moritz, AIA, NCARB

Eric Moritz, AIA, NCARB is a true native of Atlanta. He brings a wealth of knowledge and nearly 10 years of experience in the field of architecture, holding a degree from Southern Polytechnic State University. Eric’s expertise spans various market sectors, including multi-family, hospitality, mixed-use, and K-12 projects. His hands-on approach to managing both new construction and renovation endeavors across the eastern United States showcases his adept leadership in design and project management initiatives. Eric’s proficiency with various design tools is exceptional, and his dedication to innovation is evident from his active involvement in BIM committees. In past roles, he played a pivotal role in developing and implementing Standards and Templates to enhance design processes and reduce errors. Let’s extend a warm welcome to Eric as he becomes an integral part of our team making valuable contributions to further elevate our projects.

Fun Fact

While working IT for a hospital through college, I helped deliver a baby in the hallway. I guess I was at the right place at the right time.

Roe Zimmerman

Roe Zimmerman joined our Kansas City architectural team in 2023. She holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, KS.

Roe offers several years’ experience in creating conceptual designs, crafting construction documents, and attending site visits. She has honed her skills in providing invaluable assistance and consultation to clients as well as surveying property conditions, producing scopes of work, punch lists, and accurate cost estimates. Her creative input is evident as she conceptualizes and suggests design ideas, meticulously research building codes and materials, and generates precise construction estimates, contributing significantly to the success of our architectural endeavors. She also enjoys coordinating the firm’s staff Lunch & Learn sessions.

Roe has a love for transforming living spaces through home remodeling and rehabbing projects.

Cristina Milleur, RA

Cristina joined Rosemann in October to take on the role of Project Manager. A graduate of the esteemed Southern California Institute of Architecture, Cristina is already making her mark as a valued member of our family.

Cristina has over 17 years of experience as project manager, where her expertise spans a wide range of project types, including multifamily residential developments and the renovation of high-end residential and commercial spaces. She has knowledge of the permitting process for various AHJs and has led meetings with client/consultant teams, developed project schedules, and adeptly managed staffing requirements in alignment with impending deadlines.

In her role at Rosemann, Cristina continually monitors project budgets and schedules and serves as primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, consultants, and vendors. She also enjoys visiting project sites to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction.

Cristina is skilled at drafting full working sets in conjunction with coordinating consultant drawings, alongside reviewing project specifications and materials. She embraces new technology and software and is proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Sketchup, Rhinoceros, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Fun Fact

I have done a lot of circus arts and my favorite obsession right now is tramp wall.
