Architectural Team

Erin Morris, Assoc. AIA

Erin started her career at Rosemann & Associates, P.C. Kansas City in May of 2016. Prior to joining Rosemann, Erin graduated from the University of Kansas with a Master of Architecture, along with a Health & Wellness Certificate. While completing her Health and Wellness Certificate at KU, Erin interned at a Kansas City-based firm with a focus in healthcare. In 2020, Erin pursued her interests in healthcare architecture, but rejoined the firm in November of 2021 as her ultimate passion is multi-family housing. Recently, Erin was a graduate of the 2021-2022 AIA Kansas City Pillars Leadership Program.

Erin’s background includes project management in the production of construction documents and construction administration. The ability to organize and communicate through the drawings is a distinguishing characteristic of Erin’s work. Since joining the firm, a few of Erin’s projects include: Anthology of Wildwood, Anthology of Louisville, Anthology of Northville and Anthology at the Plaza, as well as assisting on many other projects.

My husband and I have the same name.

Corben Cartmill

Corben Cartmill joined Rosemann & Associates, P.C. in the Fall of 2021 following his graduation at Kansas State University with a Master of Architecture. Prior to graduation, he traveled and studied in Orvieto, Italy for a summer and completed an internship with an architecture firm in Los Angeles, where he was exposed to all phases of design and learning construction methods.

At Rosemann, Corben works with the project team to create spaces for people to live, work, and visit. He uses his vast experience of custom home designing and applies it to curating meaningful spaces for people to occupy in multifamily facilities. Corben is working towards licensure and enjoys gaining experience in all aspect of design, especially working with new challenges with each project.

Fun Fact

I used to play the flute in middle school.

Emily Clements, NCIDQ

Emily Clements, NCIDQ joined Rosemann’s Kansas City office in the fall of 2021. After graduating from the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO, Emily worked designing high-end single-family homes and spent the next 5 years working for a national commercial firm that specialized in grocery and retail projects across the country.

With a 6+ year career in the industry, Emily has gained experience in every step of the design process from Programming to Construction Administration. She specializes in Site Analysis, Schematic Design, and Construction Documents. Her experience in grocery and retail design has provided her with excellent attention to detail, consultant coordination skills, and client communication skills.

I have a passion for fine arts and did all types of studio dance for 15 years.

Zachary Callaway

Fun Fact

In my spare time, I seek new ways to push my design and artistic capabilities. I have produced packaging designs for products sold at REI and the Container store, and my most recent endeavor involves creating custom sketches of people’s pets to help raise money for Colorado animal shelters and rescues.

Andrew Kloppenburg, RA

Fun Fact

I’m happiest when I’m hiking in Colorful Colorado and taking pictures with my 1977 Canon 35mm film camera.

Spencer Reed

Spencer Reed joined Rosemann’s architectural staff in February 2021 where he is based in St. Louis. He comes to us with several years of hands-on accomplishments working for a local architectural design firm where he honed his creativity, design and teamwork skills. He is graduate of the University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas with a Master of Architecture degree.

EXPERIENCE

Spencer offers architectural design experience in all phases of built projects including multifamily housing, higher education facilities, historic renovation, restaurants and even roller coasters and zoos. He enthusiastically collaborates with consultants and clients to create designs that exceed master planning solutions. In addition to his expertise in design, he is also proficient in 3D Studio Max, Bluebeam, Enscape, Cinema 4D, Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, V-Ray and several other programs.
Spencer has served as Chapter President/PR Chair of American Institute of Architecture Students, Lawrence, Kansas.

Fun Fact

I once accidentally won an award for breaking a typing speed record at school, clocking in at 106 words per minute!

Kent Hoynacki, CDT

Kent Hoynacki, CDT joined Rosemann in 2016. He has over 30 years of experience ranging from design to construction administration. He has worked on a wide variety of projects from big box stores, education, student housing, recreation facilities and affordable housing. In 2011 he had the privilege to work with the St. Louis Art Museum on the expansion project, he was responsible for the virtual coordination of the architectural and mechanical systems prior to their installation.

A native St. Louisan, one of Kent’s proudest achievements in architecture is the historic renovation of a seminary building which dates back to 1845 on Southeast Missouri State University River Campus. The seminary chapel was transformed into a recital hall that seats 205. The historic stained glass windows were preserved and provide a beautiful setting for this space.

Kent is a graduate of Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.


Katie Mueller, RA, NCIDQ

Katie’s role at Rosemann in St. Louis is to work closely with the project team and support the technical research and documentation of senior, multi-family, student, historic renovation, and commercial projects. Katie’s education and experience in interiors provides a unique perspective to her role on each project team.  

Katie’s background includes:

  • Master of Architecture, SIU – Carbondale, IL
  • Bachelor of Fine Arts, Interior Design – University of Central Missouri
  • Interior Design/NCIDQ Certification
  • Architect Licensure (October 2023)
