Rosemann & Associates, P.C. is pleased to announce that Drew Jablonski has joined our St. Louis team! Drew brings over 4 years of professional experience to Rosemann. Previously a project designer for a large architectural firm in St. Louis, Drew has coordinated the design of multifamily housing, senior living communities, corporate headquarters, and campus renovations.

At Rosemann, Drew is responsible for producing complex technical drawings, compiling data for calculations, researching product solutions and ensuring plans are compliant. Drew is proficient in Revit, BIM Management, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Studio. He has considerable knowledge of modern building design and construction methods and the preparation of specifications.

A native of St. Louis, Missouri, Drew attended the University of Kansas, where he graduated with a Master of Architecture Design. He is currently pursuing architectural licensing in the State of Missouri. In his free time, Drew volunteers as co-chair for the Youth in Need’s Young Professionals Group and enjoys playing sports, especially lacrosse.

Susan Bowen serves as Director of Business Development for Rosemann & Associates, P.C., connecting Rosemann’s clients, partners and project teams throughout the United States. Based in the St. Louis office, she supports client relationship efforts in Atlanta, Denver, and Kansas City as well.

Known in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry as a trusted advisor and client advocate, Susan provides personal attention from strategy through project completion. She is an accessible point of contact — any day, any time.

Susan has been a part of the AEC industry for more than a decade. Having worked directly with architecture firms, engineering firms, and general contractors, she has an in-depth understanding of how each contributes to the success of a project. Passionate about assisting clients with projects that have an impact on communities, Susan is committed to maintaining the quality relationships and professionalism for which Rosemann & Associates, P.C. has been recognized for over 30 years.

Susan is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia, MO and is a member of both Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers (SLCCC). A true Missourian — Susan loves the Blues, Cardinals, and Mizzou Tigers and is looking forward to Major League Soccer coming to St. Louis. She spends time with her two teen-aged sons, two dogs, friends and family.

Blue Springs, Missouri – Ground has broken on Ignite Medical Resorts Blue Springs situated at the corner of Little Blue and Valley View Roads in Blue Springs, MO. On October 1, 2019 Principals of Ignite Medical Resorts, Avenue Development and LTC Properties, Inc., along with Rosemann & Associates, P.C. representatives, Excel Constructors and other community partners were on hand to commence this official ground-breaking ceremony.  

Ignite’s newest post hospital rehabilitation licensed skilled nursing facility will cater to luxe rehab, which provides uncompromising luxury with rapid rehabilitation mainly for ‘short-term’ patients that are still recovering from surgery, injuries or illness. Services provided include physical, occupational and speech therapy seven days a week with dedicated clinical programs for orthopedics, cardiac care and stroke rehab. Ignite’s focus on hospitality includes concierge service, massage therapy, hair and nail salon, executive chef and a Starbucks cafe’. The roughly 62,965 square foot facility will house 80 suites with 90 beds (sixty beds for ‘short-term’ stays, 30 beds for ‘long-term’ stays). Joplin, MO: On August 27, the doors of Memorial Hills, Joplin, Missouri’s newest Senior Living Community, were opened to the public during its Grand Opening Celebration.    

A group of Joplin city officials, community leaders and local political figures, along with Kevin & Jenny Parker of Parker Development and Scott Rosemann and Michael Gaillard of Rosemann & Associates, P.C., gathered to celebrate the opening of this $9.4 million beautiful facility at the corner of S. Cunningham Avenue and W. 26^th Street. Guests enjoyed a progressive array of food and beverages while touring the community. 

Memorial Hills innovative and purposeful design includes 54 spacious one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, a severe weather room, abundant natural lighting, and relaxing outdoor walking trails and green spaces, all set to enhance greater social engagement, emotional wellness and physical fitness of the residents.

To help make this affordable independent senior living community a reality, the development was financed in-part by the allocation of $1.6 million in both state and federal low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) from the Missouri Housing Development Commission. Memorial Hills enlisted the services and expertise of Parker Development, Fairway Management, Inc., Fairway Construction Co., Rosemann & Associates, P.C., and PKMR Engineers.

Jason Osborne has been appointed to the newly established role of National Director of Business Development at Rosemann & Associates, P.C. In this new role, Jason’s objectives include optimizing strategic growth opportunities and client retention, while leading Rosemann’s business development team and creating solid market branding through application processes that have been proven successful. While based in our Kansas City headquarters, Jason also supports Rosemann’s business development efforts in its Denver, St. Louis and Atlanta offices.

Jason has worked in a variety of industries and generated measurable results in business development, sales, project management, commercial negotiations and marketing. A top performer in the property damage restoration industry, Jason most recently worked as a Client Relationship Manager, where he was a powerful resource to his clients helping them to navigate the complexities of both the financial and construction arms of rebuilding after a disaster.

Prior to that, Jason was Project Director for a large home builder in the Houston, Texas area. In 2006, Jason relocated to Kansas City, Missouri to continue his efforts in custom residential development, concentrating in high-end custom home designs. His team was recognized in local publications for new construction and remodel awards.
