St. Louis, MO: We welcomed Drew Jablonski, Associate AIA, five years ago to our St. Louis team. Today, we celebrate the impact he’s had on the architectural landscape of St. Louis.

With many years of professional experience under his belt, Drew exemplifies the epitome of professionalism and lends his talents to a diverse array of projects, ranging from multifamily housing to corporate headquarters and campus renovations.

Drew’s academic journey, culminating in a Master of Architecture Design from the University of Kansas, underscores his passion for architectural innovation and his dedication to mastering his craft.

Beyond his professional and academic endeavors, Drew remains deeply rooted in his community. As a native of St. Louis, Missouri, his commitment to service is reflected in his role as a Board Member of Youth In Need, where he continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Here are a few highlights of Drew’s recent completed design endeavors:

Las Vegas, NV: MorningStar at The Canyons continues our rewarding partnership with MorningStar Senior Living and Confluent Senior Living — a subsidiary of Confluent Development, a Denver-based, full-service real estate investment and development firm, bringing luxury senior living housing to the Las Vegas, Nevada market. With perfect street exposure and access to major roads, it is adjacent to Summerlin, the master-planned community in the Las Vegas Valley of southern Nevada. 

Spanning 196,000 gross square feet, across a 3.67-acre site, this four-story distinctive community delivers 168 units with 95 independent-living units, 49 assisted-living units, and 24 memory-care units, and a diverse mix of floorplan layouts with inviting common areas and elegant suites.

Contemporary exterior architecture presents stucco and stone accents with wood construction and unique vertical stacking. The stucco undulates to create a rich façade, their colors tying to the surrounding landscape. Many units have exterior patios and large windows encompassing the wonderful views around the site. The interiors have high-end modern finishes and a light, yet rich flare. The project serves both aesthetic and a senior program and offers dedicated physical therapy, an exam room, assisted bathing, and a wellness center to provide support to the residents.

The theater, indoor/outdoor fitness area, art room, salon, bistro, and activities rooms promote an active social life. The outside amenities include a putting green, planters, an outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool and hot tub, dining venues, multiple courtyards, and an Assisted Living and Independent Living clubroom with terraces with impressive views of the Las Vegas strip and the Spring Mountain Range.

Westfield, In: We are thrilled to announce the topping out of The James at Chatham Hills, a premier development set on ±12 acres within the prestigious Chatham Hills master development in Westfield, Indiana. With over 20 years of experience in the architectural and construction industries and a proven track record in business development and client services, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive growth and expand market presence.

Leader in Business Development

Jody’s career is marked by key leadership roles, most recently as the Regional Business Development Leader at an architectural firm, where he spearheaded business initiatives throughout the Rocky Mountain region. His efforts significantly expanded the firm’s market presence in Denver and beyond. Jody’s strength is in building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. His expertise in overseeing project acquisition and aligning proposals with company goals has been instrumental in his success.

Before that, Jody served as Vice President of Client Services at a construction firm in Washington D.C., where he secured major contracts and fostered long-term client relationships. He also led a team dedicated to enhancing client engagement, contributing to the firm’s growth and client retention.

Jody’s experience spans prominent firms such as IA Interior Architects, Stantec, and OTJ Architects. In these roles, he has driven business development strategies, improved client retention, and led market expansion efforts. Jody holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. At the Center for Building Energy Research (CBER), Kelsey examined how building design strategies and advanced technologies intersect to improve energy efficiency and reduce environmental impact. Her role there enhanced her understanding of innovative solutions in architecture.

Previously, Kelsey played a key part in founding an internal sustainability committee, demonstrating her dedication to incorporating green practices into architectural projects. Her work reflects her conviction that design is crucial in tackling environmental challenges and fostering sustainable communities.

Beyond her professional achievements, Kelsey is dedicated to giving back to her community. She serves on the Membership Committee for Denver’s Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) and the Communications Committee for Colorado’s Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP).

From Concept to Reality

Located at E 9^th St. and Euclid Avenue, Sam Rodgers Place is designed to serve households across the income spectrum. This ambitious project is the 7^th and final phase of the HUD Choice Neighborhood Initiative revitalization program providing 62 total units with 1-5-bedroom options, available as walkups, townhomes, and flats. Twenty-seven units hold a special place in the heart of this development giving leasing preference to former residents of the Chouteau Courts public housing development, assuring that those who have been a part of the community can continue to thrive here.

On behalf of architect Moody Nolan, Team Rosemann conducted site visits for the Propeller Building, a new 4,300-square-foot community space combining rehabilitation and new construction. Operated by the Samuel U. Rodgers Health Center, the facility includes offices, classrooms, event spaces, and a business center for small businesses, non-profits, and other groups. The Propeller Building promotes holistic wellness and connects to the Health Center via a community park, expanding services to residents of Sam Rodgers Place and the surrounding community. Its completion marks the successful conclusion of the Paseo Gateway Choice Neighborhoods program.

Brinshore Development, LLC led the project as the owner, while Kansas City-based Rosemann & Associates, P.C. served as the architect of record and structural engineer and oversaw site visits for the Propeller Building. Design expertise was brought in by Moody Nolan, an Ohio-based firm. Local firm Taliaferro & Browne, Inc. handled civil engineering and surveying, with Vireo, also from Kansas City, contributing as the landscape architect. Econsultants provided environmental services, while Straub Construction Company, Inc. managed the general contracting. Custom Engineering, Inc. completed the team, serving as the MEP engineer.
